Driveby photos! One of my favorite art forms. Did Jacques Marquette make it to your neck of Ohio? Can you paddle a canoe from Lake Erie to Columbus? I've only ever heard of him roaming New France, Michigan (which included Wisconsin) and the upper Mississippi--not that I know much more of him than is taught in the obligatory elementary school Michigan history classes and what's indicated on the signs at his burial site in Saint Ignace.
